On Tuesday (August 10th) I will be releasing my 10th podcast episode in the Tom E Experience, and I am VERY excited about it.
Before I get into too much, I do really want to take the time to thank my good friend Pat for getting this thing off of the ground with me. I would not have been able to do this by myself. A great second man to bounce things off of is key when you’re in the podcast game for sure. Me just talking to myself, that isn’t even something I want to listen to. Pat isn’t going anywhere, he will definitely still be around and my most frequent contributor to the program. I just wanted to take the time to thank him and show my appreciation that I don’t get to ten episodes without his help with the first nine.
And it’s gotten to ten with VERY exciting things to come for Ep.10 and beyond. A new format and a new plan!
Starting on Tuesday, the Tom E Experience podcast will be a BI-WEEKLY PODCAST. WOAH. At least through football season, you will be able to listen to new episodes however you listen to podcasts (except for Apple because they’re so dumb) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additionally, the podcasting platform is going to be the only place you will be able to listen to the ENTIRE podcast from start to finish. The best places to listen are on Spotify and Anchor below:
The Tom E Experience YouTube channel is going to be the place where you can watch videos of the interviews, plus some video content from events (games, travels, we’ll see where the world takes us). I’m going to try and have videos of interviews or any other content I do ready to post on alternate days of the podcast (Wednesdays & Fridays).
Additionally to all of this, I really want to be better at blogging. Whether it’s things happening, (responsible) gambling picks, random personal thoughts, whatever. My goal is to put out at least 3-5 blogs a week. The only way you can get better is to put more content out there.
In conclusion, this is exciting stuff that I am really excited for. I have learned and retained a lot during the first few weeks of really doing this, and the future is bright for my little hobby project. The dream of getting paid to do this kind of stuff on a daily basis is still alive, so we’re going to feed it and keep it going.
